SPECIAL ENVIRO-FRIENDLY  PROJECT - BIOCLIMATIC "WELL-LIVING"  VACATION VILLAS & STUDIOS COMPLEX "PANTHEA"  (spread in a Bio-Farm) :

"PANTHEA" is our own build-and-sell Project, already started (all permits and licences have been issued) and two model-houses have been built (not completed- whole structure ready) to be shown to those coming on site (see photos). Your own villa, built on a land-piece of 700-900 sq.m., as a garden or farm-plot, is realised after your choice of its size (6 types) and other individualised equipment (custom-built), in about 12-16 months period. Of course you can spend any time in between as a guest of us, either on site (when the first two houses are completed) or in Chora (town in 12 Km. near). ANDROS island is only two hours sail-trip from RAFINA port (only serviced - not from PIRAEUS), just a few km. from ATHENS International Airport, so you can come and visit us whenever you decide, after a call or e-mail, to arrange our visit. In the lower period, we keep our office in Athens .
